As always, talk to your doctor or dermatologist first but these ingredients are proven to fight hyperpigmentation. Some are prescription and you must see a medical professional, most are over the counter. My advice is to start off with vitamin C. It's very gentle and effective. Then we can go from there. I do not like SODIUM LAURYL SULFATE. It will strip your hair. I haven't used shampoo in about 5 years... I use Not Your Mother's three-in-one conditioner to co-wash. If you're having skin issues such as dryness, perhaps you should try a castile soap such as Dr Bronner's. That's what I use. We are coming up to the dry skin season

The sun is more powerful than you think. As you accumulate UV damage, the cancer risk you carry increases. UV is the #1 cause of aging too, AKA photo aging. I vividly remember giving my first consultation over 2 years ago as an LHR tech in South Texas. As an ADHD sufferer absolutely love to talk and my ability to give an informative consultations is unparalleled. Advice for giving proper consultations: 1. Eye contact, don't fixate on one eye, cycle between them (not REM style) and pay attention to the clients jaw/mouth movement when they are telling you about their esthetic goals. 2. Be mindful of your mind, don't allow yourself to drift. Within 10 seconds I feel like know everything that's important, except dont know anything, I'm just assuming. 3. Posture. Have decent posture and do not sit in "comfy chairs". Have consultation furniture that promotes good posture. This also prompts professionalism and mental alertness. 4. Have proper visual aids. prefer posters of the hair follicle and other large medical images, (vs clip boards) to help explain the processes involved in the services will be rendering. 5.
